Vice President 2 - down 15%-30% Year to Year. VP2s in 2022 made a 15-30% bigger bonus compared with VP2s paid for 2023

Vice President 1 -465K-565K top bucket .

Associate comp- top bucket 80% of base/Mid Bucket 65%

Associate 0 stubs were 35K

Big swings in compensation this year between those paid well and those zeroed out
